• The Montebello Site (illustrated to the right) on MSU’s campus is approximately a 5-acre site that will be leased under a long-term ground lease and the site for a new, 80,000 – 100,000 SF building to house the proposed Maryland College of Osteopathic Medicine at Morgan State University

• Dedicated Parking for Faculty, Staff and Students
• Green Space
• New Building to include virtual medical simulation center
• Site will fit into MSU’s campus architecture and future masterplan
• The position and elevation of the building (3 stories) are illustrated, but this is for illustration purposes only.
• RFPs for the architect and building design and approval by Morgan State University are expected to will occur in 2023
